Return and Refund Policy
At SHAH, we strive for customer satisfaction. However, we operate a no-refund policy, except in cases where:
- You receive a different item from what you ordered
- The item is defective or damaged
Return Eligibility
To initiate a return or exchange:
1. Contact our customer service via WhatsApp (+92 329 9694254) within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Provide your order number and reason for return.
3. Ensure the item is:
* Unused
* In original condition
* In original packaging
* With tags intact
Return Process
1. Get return authorization from our customer service team.
2. Ship the item securely to the provided address at your expense.
3. Our team will inspect the returned item.
Store Credit
Approved returns for items will be issued as store credit only. Store credit can be used for future purchases on our website and will be valid for 3 months from the date of issue. Please note store credit can only be issued once.
Damaged or Defective Items
Report damaged or defective items immediately to our customer service (+92 329 9694254) with photos and descriptions.
Sale Items
Sale items are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable, except for manufacturing defects.
Important Notes
- Customer bears return shipping costs.
- Items not meeting return criteria will be returned at the customer's expense.
- Store credit can only be issued once.
